This is a magnetic speed multiplier, the multiplication ratio is 7: 2. In the outer disc there are 20 alternating polarity magnets, in the intermediate disc there are 14 bolts of magnetic material and in the inner disc 8 alternating polarity magnets. This system allows to increase the rotor revolutions but at the expense of the torque.
